Last weekend's competitions put Checkmate, Warum nicht and Satisfaction in the spotlight.
Having won the team gold medal at the World Championship in Kentucky, Checkmate was again victorious in France with Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum. She won the Show-Jumping World Championship with the 15-year old son of Contender.
In the riding arena, Isabell Werth and her poweful gelding Warum Nicht FRH of Weltmeyer/Wenzel won the Freestyle World Championship.
Eva Bitter won the "Großen Preis von Hannover"on her Celler Landbeschäler Satisfaction of Stakkato/Calypso II. The 11-year old had already impressed the jury with his excellent shape on Friday when he won the "Preis der Deutschen Messe".
