He also rides very good in the arena and has a nice walk, trot, canter and Hits his correct leads each way. Ride him once a year, once a month or once a week and he will stay good broke and ride the exact same each time. We have done some ranch work with him and he is very good at working with cattle. My favorite thing about Chief is how quiet and gentle he is to ride. He will teach a total beginning rider how to ride and or take a timid rider and help them build their confidence. He is one of the quietest horses I have ever had the privilege to own. He will trail ride alone or with other horses and he is trail and traffic safe.
